These bank documents are official and perfectly valid even without a signature.
If you cannot see the Average annual balance button, you may need to update the app from your store. Here, just tap on the required document and this will automatically download to your smartphone.
To download it, login to your N26 mobile app, from the Home screen tap on the 3 dots at the top right and select Statement > Average annual balance. Starting from mid-January, you will find your average annual balance for the year 2022 in Pdf format in the Statement section of your app, without having to contact our Customer Support.
